Because of our less history and lack of experience, do we made so many mistakes and unperfect in arrangement of the tournament. Pls forgive any unconvience to you.

> The following rules we must remind to take care:

> 1. Date and Place

> 26 Oct, 2013 in Shanghai Jing'an District Gym Center,China

> 2. Division:

> Female:
>
> Light Division: Under 57 Kg, including 75 Kg
>
> Open Division: Above 57 Kg
>
> Male:
>
> Light Division: Under 65Kg, Including 65 Kg
>
> Middle Divison: Between 65-75 Kg, Including 75 Kg
>
> Open Division: Above 75 Kg
>
>
> Note: 1 Kg is uplimit to each fighter. One Gendei(default) will be taken, if the fighter's weight is over the over the up limit but below 1 Kg. Over 1 Kg, fighter will lose his right to have the match.

> 3．Arrangement

> (1) Rules

> World So-Kyokushin rules adopted.

> (2) One match game loop

> (3) Timing
>
> Preliminaries and semi-finals: 2 Minutes for normal match, 1 Minutes for final overtime.

> Final Round: 2 Minutes for normal match, 2 minutes for overtime, 1 minute for final overtime.

> (4) Protective Gear:
>
> Each fighter must wear leg guard plates and gloves. Male must have Jockstrap.
>
> (5) Each division has Champion, Runner-up and Second runner-up.

> 4.Schedule:

> 24 Oct, check-in, 6:30 PM Party for Shihan and Sensei
>
> 25 Oct, Sight View, 6:30 PM Welcome Party for Shihan, Sensei and all fighters

> 26 Oct, Match Day

> 5.Register
>
> (1) Deadline of register
>
> 20 Sep,2013 is the dead time for fighters to deliver application forms. Each fighter must send a picture in Dogi. The picture must be in JPG style.
>
> We also wish each Shihan send us a action picture in Dogi, the picture must be JPG style, too. Pls attach the address, the website and e-mail address. All the information will be shown on guide book.
>
> (2)Qualification
>
> Each fighter must be older than 18 years and in good health to have the full contract karate match.
>
> (3)Hotel reservation
>
> Pls inform us your airtick information by e-mail or fax, then we can book a hotel for your team.
>

> 6.Note:
>
> (1) Limitation for team member.
>
> In order to keep the fairness and enjoyable of the match, we set the limitation to each team. In each team, just 2 fighters for each division are allowed to enter the match.
>
> (2) Referee.
>
> We wish each Shihan, Sensei and Sempei who is beyond 2nd Dan can act as referee. So pls have your uniform with you when you come to Shanghai.

> (3)Accommodations
>
> Gong Dojo will pay the accommodation from 24-27 Oct for Shihan, fighters and 1 Support team member.
